Blocking
- If a driver causes a caution by blocking, they will be at fault for the caution.
- Slamming a driver's side door to impede their progress will not be allowed before the last lap exiting the final turn. If a crash is caused by this, the driver at fault will get an EOLL for causing the crash.
Crashing
- All crashes will be looked at either during or after the race by admins.
- Avoidable crashes on the last lap will be deemed as over-aggressive driving and will result in an end of the lead lap penalty. These include, but are not limited to: Dive-bombing a corner deeper than the driver's’ normal corner entry leading to a crash, An excessive block that leads to a crash, door slamming a driver into a wall.
- Plowing into a crash will result in the driver at fault being parked for the evening. Plowing is defined as a lack of slowing down when entering a crash.
- Admins may give 1 lap penalties or black flag any driver deemed to have caused an avoidable accident in a race. Time penalties may be used on road courses.
Caution Rules
- Cautions will be simulated.
- When a caution comes out, the admins alert the drivers through chat and teamspeak by saying “CAUTION IS OUT”.
- Cautions on all tracks over 1 mile will be 3 laps long. Short tracks will be 4 laps long. Road Courses shall be 2 laps long.
- Pit road will open the first time by after the leaders have taken the yellow flag at the finish line.
- Self Spins will not draw a caution unless it’s in front of a group of cars (ex: leaders coming up on a lapped car that has spun.)
- Multi-truck crashes will always draw a caution (2 or more trucks involved.) This includes contact spins.
- Single Truck crashes will only bring out a caution if it puts other drivers in immediate danger.
- The lucky dog will be given on the one to go lap. Same with wave arounds.
- If a caution comes out at the end of the race (less than 4 laps to go), the race will go into overtime.
---Overtime Rules
- There are unlimited attempts in overtime.
- If the leader reaches the overtime line on the first lap after the restart, the lap will be considered complete. In the event of a caution at this point, the white flag will be waved.
- If the leader completes the first lap, the white flag is waving, and the caution comes out, the field is frozen, and on the following restart the race will be restarted with 1 lap remaining.
- If the leader reaches the overtime line on the white flag and the caution comes out, the field will race to the line.
- If the leader receives the white flag in regular race distance but has not reached the overtime line, the field will be frozen, and there will be 1 lap to go on the following overtime restart
- Once the leader hits the overtime line on the white flag, they will be racing to the checkered flag.
- No racing back to any caution flag during the race.
- Drivers who self spin 5 times or cause 3 cautions will be parked for the evening.
---Road Course Cautions
- Cautions will only be thrown on a road course if a crash involved three or more trucks.
Restart Rules
- All restarts will be double file.
- The pole sitter and leaders will be allowed to choose their lane on the 1 to go lap.
- Drivers will pace single file until the 1 to go is given.
- Odd numbered positions will line up to the inside, even to the outside.
- The leader will pick where in the restart zone to restart the race.
- Once the leader has gone, the race will have been restarted.
- Drivers may not lay back or brake check to get an advantage on any restart.
- If a driver jumps a restart, they will be asked to give the spot back by the overtime line.
- Full Race Restarts - Races will only be fully restarted once for any multi-truck crashes before lap 3 (completion of lap 1 on road courses.) Blown gears/engines on the pace lap will not receive a restart.
